Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is within 12 hour of placing the order.

        However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the some other profile is visited at GR Matrimony listed on the Platform or sent the email and they have initiated the process of Services.

This should be reported within 12 hours of receipt of Services. In case you feel that the service is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 12 hours.
The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding the service please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by GR Matrimony, it will take 5 to 8 business working day for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

GR Matrimony ஆல் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட ஏதேனும் பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற்றால், பணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற 5 முதல் 8 வணிக வேலை நாட்கள் ஆகும்.
